Looks great really pleased, instructions were not very good though

Our old TV table was OK'ish, but since it had no doors or drawers, it was a real dust trap and had wires everywhere behind it, like an explosion in a spaghetti factory.. This one is magnificently shiny and since it has a glass door and drawers, should hopefully stay dust free inside. The instructions suggested two people to build it and suggested it should take 90 minutes. Since "she who must be obeyed" was otherwise occupied, I built it alone and with a glass of Scotch to distract me, it took a couple of hours. Building it is relatively straightforward, if you follow the "destructions" carefully. I had a brief bit of swearing when I realised I had maid a faux pas with the drawer runners, but it was quickly resolved. Once built it looks shiny and magnificent, but weighs about the same as a small elephant. The glass door allows infra red from a remote control to pass through to Sky boxes or whatever electronic gizmo's you have inside and the drawers are handy for losing DVD's or whatever. At the back of the cabinet are two apertures that allow cables to get into the interior. I will situate a six way mains socket inside, then connect Sky box, video player, etc, etc within the cabinet (thus not involving a visible "rats nest" of cables. The shiny black exterior is very elegant and easily kept clean and dust free. I like it :-)
