I go this to try a full body kettle bell workout I seen on YouTube and I must say, im very impressed. It really does work and set is so small compared to other exercise equipment.

The set itself is really well made and feels very sturdy. The different sizes allow you to build up while your strength increases.

I absolutely love it

This kettlebell is so clever - I watched the video in the Amazon description and the way it works is really as easy as it is shown on there.

It needs very basic assembly - I just needed to put two metal pins into the holes shown in the instructions and whilst this was a bit fiddly, once done (and the small magnets put into place to hold the pins in), it was ready to go.

The increments go up in kilograms but the markings also show dumbbells and barbells weights, which I don't quite understand. It doesn't affect at all the function and usage of the kettlebell though.

The total weight of the kettlebell goes up to 10kg. As a new user I found that starting with 6kg was perfect and the best thing about this being adjustable is that you can change the weight to suit you.

I used the weights for a kettlebell workout and although there is a bit of movement in the weights as you swing or do a clean but it doesn't feel at all unsafe - the kettlebell still feels solid and not like the weight is going to fall off.

Recommended for anyone who is lacking in space and doesn't need a kettlebell weight heavier than 10kg.

Not much setting up required, just have to turn/take out by hand the 2 little bolts to put the handle on.
You can remove it after use again but imagine this would be tiresome so I just leave it in.

As per the video in the main item description you can see to adjust the weight you just turn the handle and then lift. Seems very stable.

Really good idea and seems a high quality item.
