    • Using 15 Different Levels of Magnetic Resistance, the Titanium Assault Bike is one of the only bikes on the market that allows you to change the intensity manually. The 24" diameter plastic fan is encased in a secure, dual-belt driven 5kg inner-magnetic flywheel cage. The Rubber belt offers a quieter and smoother workout that a chain driven bike.
    • The Assault Bike is fitted with a clear LCD digital display to track the Time, Distance, Calories, Watts, Speed, RPM, Pulse. It also features a Wireless Pulse Receiver and Motivational Programs to help with your workout.
    • The Heavy Duty Steel Frame eliminates side-to-side movement, and it has an industrial powder coating to ensure durability. The extra padded hybrid seat offers multi-adjustment options for added comfort while the reinforced, non-skid pedals and 170mm bio-mechanic crank with 10 Sealed-Cartridge Bearings ensure smooth operation.

        Excellent quality bike, gives a full body exercise. Instructions weren't amazing but were good enough for me to figure out with only a couple of errors. There are tools included (laminated to a bit of card) but I only found them after I'd pretty much finished with my own tools

        Really good assault bike

        Really like this bike, really good piece of equipment. However, anyone know how to change the settings on the LCD display? I'm only able to update the speed metrics but i need to change Distance from miles to meters. I can't find the instructions which came with the bike.
